We worked on this project for 4 years, starting on Phase we converted the original pool facility into a gym and spa as well as creating a new entrance, reception area, existing bedroom fit-outs and new restaurant, this was to the east wing of the building.
Phase II was a labour of love, to create the Clients vision, 50% of the original building was demolished, we designed and architecturally delivered an entire new waterfront spanning over 100 metres. By creating a large clear space behind the new elevation, the building could now include the function rooms, new bedrooms to the first floor, a new kitchen and huge space for our Client’s Coppa Club concept. This lead down to new outside area at water level together with new pontoons for guests to moor.
We carried out the entire architectural package and interior design of the bedrooms, functions rooms, pantry and communal spaces (coppa club was designed by a different studio). All this as well as preserving the original Listed Hotel which is within the core of the structure.
