The large H&M store on Regent Street underwent a refurbishment to create a lighter, welcoming and relaxed new store environment. Our team assisted H&M with the architecture, implementation and coordination of their new design.

The word to describe the newly refurbished store is Mindfulness – The change has made the space brighter in every way from exposing and recognising the historical features of the building to using new innovative technologies to open up the views to Regent St from the first floor. This thoughtful awareness pretty much describes the brand itself.

The store has put a huge focus on sustainability in store, where customers are able to rent, donate and recycle items. The rental area is a debut of the concept for the retailer in the UK and allows customers the option to rent clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories selected from special H&M collections.

Alongside this service, they will also be offering Garment Collection and Recycling. This allows customers to donate any unwanted clothes and textiles, by any brand, while shopping in-store. All donated items are recycled with nothing going to landfill.
